Life can sometimes feel overwhelming—whether you're struggling with difficult emotions, navigating complex relationships, recovering from painful experiences, or feeling disconnected from your true self. You don't have to face these challenges alone. Together, we can create a path forward that feels authentic, supportive, and empowering.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Aurora University. In addition, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), and a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC). These specialized certifications allow me to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care that addresses the unique experiences, challenges, and strengths of the individuals, couples, and families I serve.

My passion lies in helping first responders,  adolescents (12+), adults, couples, and families overcome obstacles, strengthen relationships, and build more fulfilling lives. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, and stress-related concerns. I recognize that our life experiences—especially those involving trauma, loss, or chronic stress—can significantly impact how we view ourselves, relate to others, and cope with life's challenges.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I utilize a trauma-informed approach that acknowledges the impact of past experiences on present functioning. My certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy enhances my ability to help clients develop practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. As a Certified First Responder Counselor, I have specialized training in supporting first responders and their families as they navigate the unique emotional, occupational, and relational challenges associated with careers in public safety, emergency response, and service.

These areas of expertise work together to provide a holistic framework for treatment. Whether a client is healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, coping with occupational stress, improving relationships, or seeking greater emotional balance, I tailor treatment to meet their individual needs and goals. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a belief in each person's capacity for growth and resilience.

I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and strengths-based approaches to help clients build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, discover strengths, and move toward the life they want to live.

No matter where you are in your journey, I am here to walk alongside you with care, understanding, and a commitment to your well-being.
